Picture this - Returning from a lazy day on the silky sands of Dawn Beach (a few steps right across the street) you anticipate relaxing on one of the two private decks of your luxurious duplex Town Home, cool drink in hand, a beautiful view of gently rocking yachts in the harbor, and suddenly you see pelicans diving for their dinner. This spectacular view renders my new property in the Coral Beach Club a heavenly place to rejuvenate, revitalize and refresh yourself.
Tastefully and luxuriously appointed, my 1800 square foot, fully air-conditioned home offers it all - privacy, comfort, lovely water views, daily maid service, concierge service, private gym and garage. Cool travertine stone floors throughout and the 9 ½' ceilings provide a gracious feel. Town Home features large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor decks, 2 upstairs master bedroom suites with full baths plus powder room on the lower floor. In addition, there is a small office complete with desk, printer and office supplies. Wifi throughout the home.
There are four excellent restaurants within a minutes walk and the marina is at your doorstep if you wish to book a boat excursion. Just bring your clothes and personal items because everything you need is here - robes, bath necessities, beach towels, cooler, etc.
When you return at the end of your day, the spacious living room invites you to lounge in plush designer furniture while you view 55” LCD TV or watch movies on blue ray DVD player. For your listening pleasure there is IPod dock with disc player complete with varied selections of music. If you move out onto the comfortably furnished deck, there is a portable IPod player to take with you. Grab the ice bucket, chill down your wine or whip up a pina colada in the blender and choose glassware from the large selection in the bar.
Dining area boasts large table for 6 with all necessary dinnerware, glassware, flatware and serving dishes.
As you ascend the stone staircase to the second floor you will be mesmerized by the huge glass floor to ceiling window framing the waterfront. At the top of the stairs, for your convenience there is a small refrigerator, 1-cup Cuisinart coffee maker, cups and accessories so when you awake in the morning, you need not descend the stairs to the kitchen. Pour your coffee and return to bed where you can enjoy the view. Or, relax on the outdoor deck and watch the bird life.
Home features two beautifully furnished master bedroom suites each containing 800 thread count bedding, plush Euro topped mattress, black out curtains, IPod Dock, televisions, DVD players, large closets and en suite baths.
Do you like to BBQ? If so, you will enjoy my new stainless grill and accessories on the deck. An outdoor table for 4 awaits your feast and my home is stocked with lovely tableware, place mats, napkins, dinnerware, etc.
If you enjoy cooking, the fully equipped and spacious kitchen offers most anything you require to prepare a gourmet meal or just a simple salad and sandwich. In addition to the cookware and all equipment, I provide a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee machine, electric teapot, waffle maker, panini maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave and serving platters. There is also a 32-bottle wine cooler.
Cooking on vacation not your thing? St. Martin is known for fine dining especially on the French side in Grand Case. Want to stay close by? Conveniently situated right outside the home are three excellent restaurants: Big Fish, Daniels, andCanoa. Two minutes by car takes you to the Westin Hotel and their Aura Steak House is highly recommend. And across the Marina, Captain Olivers serves lunch and dinner while you watch the yachts coming and going.
